First of course, you have to gather your ingredients,for this recipe its going to be:
-2 cups of soy milk
(or almond if you prefer
,I mixed both!)
-2 cups of flour
-1 mashed banana
- 1 pinch of baking power
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tbs of vanilla extract
- sugar
All you have to do then is to mix it all up until nice and smooth,and just put in on the side while you do the strawberry sauce.For the strawberry "sauce":
- 100 grams of tofu
- about 10 strawberries
-sugar
and mix it all up in the blender!
