My mom brought back 3 zucchini flowers from the garden and oh my, I love those!
They are like 10x tender than the zucchini itself, and the way we made them.. it's like chips but so much healthier and tastier!! But be careful, they are still very fattening, so don't over do it!

Ingredients:
-1 egg yolk
-milk (about the same quantity of the egg yolk)
- flour
-salt
-oil
-Zucchini flowers

1. Take the flower and take off the pistil, then rinse them.
2. Put the egg yolk and the milk in one bowl and mix it all.
3. Soak the flower in the egg and milk
4. Roll the flower in the flour
5. Put the flower in a pan with oil and cook until it turn gold brown
6. Ready to eat!
